Welcome to Colored Pencils. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Colored Pencils, a sole proprietorship operating online as Colored Pencils from Jaipur, Rajasthan. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms. They are framed in line with Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices on this site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown in full at checkout. We accept two payment methods only: UPI, paid in advance, and Cash on Delivery. We do not process credit or debit cards on this website. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order and to correct genuine pricing or stock errors before dispatch; if we cannot fulfil a paid order, we refund it in full.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and the Colored Pencils name and layout, belongs to us or is used under licence and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may browse for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish or reproduce any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We take care to describe our coloured pencils accurately, but colour reproduction can vary slightly between screens and print. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products, and nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. If you have any question about these terms, write to customersupport@coloredpencils.shop and a real person will reply.
